Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach, Golf & Spa Resort

Very comfortable. Most staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Great balcony and sea view. Everything one could expect from top notch hospitality standard.

On our final morning we received a letter under the door while at breakfast. The wording was atrocious and more or less told us we couldn't stay any longer because we had no credit. It actually transpired that on arrival we had not been asked to authorise a card for expenses, even though I had prepaid accommodation and breakfast for every day. A fault of some staff but when I finally got the explanation from reception staff there was no apology, simply an implication that it was my fault. I did receive an apology after providing feedback to the hotel via the contact option in booking.com. However the whole matter was quite infuriating and prevents me from giving a rating of 10/10, which would otherwise have been the case. Good business is a partnership: I trust a hotel to provide good hospitality and they should trust me to pay expenses instead of making me feel like a criminal!

Located in a very convenient location to explore the island, this resort is nice and comfortable, though needing a refurbishment as quite old style. Very good breakfast with wide variety of food. Nice swimming pools. Good singers entertained our evenings.

Old style and in need of an upgrade. The gym was small and with poor equipment comparing to the level of other hotel features. The spa is also nice and we had a great couple massage but the venue is underground so better to enjoy the pool when possible

All the staff, including the room cleaning staff, are cheerful and nice.

The door was heavy and required a lot of strength to open, which was a challenge for me given my injured side.

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Hotel! The heated pool for kids was a big highlight—entertaining and perfect for family fun. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and while the food was just okay, it still made for a pleasant dining experience. The night entertainment was a lovely surprise—great music and talented female singers really added to the vibe. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Sheraton had some disappointing aspects. The most upsetting part was that I left my expensive watch in the room, and when I returned after checking out, it was no longer there. I informed the staff and asked them to look carefully, but they said they couldn’t find it. I’m 100% sure I left it in the room, so this was very frustrating and unfortunate.Additionally, the hotel itself feels quite old and is definitely in need of an upgrade, especially considering the price point. For the value, we expected more modern amenities and a better overall condition.

Everything l wished to eat but the birds were s nuisance..the staff helped to control the birds.

T'he only thing l would have liked is grab bar in the shower there was nothing to hold onto

location is fantastic — just a short walk from the beach — and the swimming pools are truly impressive, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

there are noticeable damage to the furniture and fixtures. The carpet on the floor was old and dusty, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay.It’s a shame because the location and amenities have so much potential.

We return to this hotel because of its location, beautiful gardens, facilities, great staff, lovely breakfasts, varied evening entertainment and ambience!

Catering was buffet style and quite impersonal. Not a great place for quality dining.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice. The dinner buffet was also very good but we didn't want to eat buffet-style every evening. The pool was extensive with lots of available loungers. The room was very large and well appointed with two basins in the bathroom with a separate shower room and separate toilet. We liked the Faro restaurant, but it wasn't often open.Great, professional entertainment in the bar every evening. And varied acts.A short walk from amenities and restaurants in Caleta de Fuste.

Our room's large terrace, whilst sea-facing as requested, unfortunately had a solid parapet and so we couldn't actually see the sea or gardens unless we were standing up!The Zen restaurant was so-so.

Beautiful pools and grounds that are very clean, plenty of sunbeds and lovely customer service

Everything was very good. The services, the food , the staff, the pool and the location are excellent, the proposed activities for the kids each day are amazing and keep them entertained. We loved everything about the stay,

Breakfast was fine. Gardens and pool were fine. Good view from room. Most staff were pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was shabby/tired. Not great value for money. Rooms were very old fashioned and could do with upgrading.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious and comfortable. All facilities and restaurants were wonderful.

Our fourth visit to this wonderful hotel. The staff there are exceptional. Huge bedrooms and wonderful food. Superb grounds too.

Staff were lovely and the beach was pretty.

Food was mediocre except at the A la carte restaurants. Caleta de fuste wasn't very nice. The rooms felt a bit sub par for the cost. The spa was chilly, not great and cost money to go to use the pool.

We went to the sheraton to just relax and that is exactly what we got, the staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. To us, the sheraton is a paradise. We used the spa also which is amazing. Our 4th stay there and it never disappoints.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely big rooms, great pool area, very good selection and quality of food for breakfast, staff very nice , attention to detail. Programme was very good, little one enjoyed it.

It states it is a king-size bed however it's 2 beds pushed together. Toilet door didn't shut properly so we had no privacy there. We had bed and breakfast but tried their dinner buffet once and were glad we didn't pay half board as it wasn't worth the value. La Veranda restaurant on site is overpriced and received the worst food there we've had all week.
